- Healing Energy Extractions and Illuminations
- Extractions are used to remove any dense energy that may be stuck in your body and illuminations will open space for living your best life.
- Joy Restoration Journeys
- We use guided meditation to connect to your own unique expression of joy and then create a plan to bring more of that into your life.
- Soul Retrievals
- When we experience any kind of trauma, a piece of our soul can break apart. A retrieval works to bring that piece of the soul back into alignment.
- Rites of Passage Ceremonies
- Ceremonies are a powerful way to celebrate and honor all rites of passage – big and small!
- Magical Manifestation Circles
- Based on Lynne McTaggart’s book, The Power of Eight, these circles join women together around the moon cycles to manifest healing and joyful possibilities in their lives.
About Me
I am a Leadership Coach, certified through the International Coach Federation, and a Graduate of The Four Winds Light Body School of Energy Medicine.
When I was a little girl, I believed in magic and I wanted to be a witch. I wanted to be just like Glinda from the Wizard of Oz, and I wanted to fly like the Wicked Witch of the West. Instead, I became a Chemical Engineer because it was the closest thing to creating magic that was “acceptable.” Over time, as a single mother raising a daughter and going through the drudges of work, I lost my joy and belief in magic. Then one day, I was taken out of my office on a stretcher and put into an ambulance while my colleagues watched. And on that day, I promised myself that I would make changes in my life. I began a personal journey to reclaim the joy, love and magic within me. Now it’s time for me to share what I’ve learned and honor my mission to restore the joy, love and magic that is divine within all women.
My purpose in this life is to help you uncover the joy and magic that is possible every day!
